Purchase Head – Real Estate (Township Projects)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Head to lead end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for real estate township projects. The candidate must have strong experience in construction material procurement, vendor management, cost control, rate negotiations, and timely material availability.

Township project experience is mandatory.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead purchase and procurement activities for township development projects.
- Develop and manage vendors and suppliers for construction materials and services.
- Negotiate rates, finalize commercial terms, and obtain competitive quotations.
- Prepare and monitor Purchase Orders (POs) as per project requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Monitor material requirements, stock levels, vendor bills, and purchase records.
- Maintain vendor databases,



purchase reports, and MIS.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in a relevant field; a technical or procurement-related qualification is preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Mandatory experience in Real Estate Township Projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor development, and rate negotiation.
- Experience in purchase planning, cost control, and vendor management.
- Positive communication, coordination, and team management skills.
