Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the namkeen/farsan retail store.
- Handle staff management, duty scheduling, and staff coordination.
- Manage sales, billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Monitor stock, inventory, product display, and replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness, food hygiene, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure smooth store operations.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the store.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain store discipline.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience in managing a namkeen/farsan store, restaurant, café, or food retail outlet is preferred.
- Candidates with experience at McDonald’s, Burger King, Rekhaben Khakhra, Stuti Khakhra, Radhe Dhokla, or similar food retail brands are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of billing, stock management, and staff handling is preferred.
- Responsible, punctual, and customer-focused.

Job Details

- Working Hours: 10 hours per day.
- Sunday: Half-day working.
- Food & Accommodation: Provided if required.
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Location: Surat, Gujarat.

काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ

- नमकीन/फरसाण की दुकान का रोज़ाना का कामकाज संभालना।
- स्टाफ मैनेजमेंट,



ड्यूटी शेड्यूल और कर्मचारियों के काम की निगरानी करना।
- सेल्स, बिलिंग, कैश हैंडलिंग और रोज़ाना की सेल्स रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
- स्टॉक, इन्वेंटरी और प्रोडक्ट डिस्प्ले का ध्यान रखना।
- दुकान की साफ-सफाई, हाइजीन और ग्राहक सेवा बनाए रखना।
- ग्राहकों की शिकायतों को संभालना और दुकान का काम सुचारू रूप से चलाना।
- दुकान समय पर खोलना और बंद करना सुनिश्चित करना।
- सेल्स टारगेट पूरा करना और स्टोर में अनुशासन बनाए रखना।

योग्यता

- नमकीन/फरसाण की दुकान, रेस्टोरेंट, कैफ़े या फूड रिटेल स्टोर में मैनेजमेंट का अनुभव रखने वालों को प्राथमिकता।
- McDonald’s, Burger King, Rekhaben Khakhra, Stuti Khakhra,



Radhe Dhokla या इसी तरह के फूड ब्रांड में अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
- स्टाफ मैनेजमेंट, कस्टमर हैंडलिंग और लीडरशिप स्किल्स होनी चाहिए।
- बिलिंग, स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट और सेल्स की जानकारी को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- जिम्मेदार, मेहनती और समय के पाबंद उम्मीदवार चाहिए।

नौकरी की जानकारी

- ड्यूटी: प्रतिदिन 10 घंटे।
- रविवार: आधे दिन की ड्यूटी।
- रहने और खाने की सुविधा: जरूरत पड़ने पर उपलब्ध।
- नौकरी का प्रकार: फुल-टाइम।
- लोकेशन: सूरत, गुजरात।
