Job Summary

Drive business growth by engaging prospective clients through inbound and outbound processes, conducting site feasibility assessments, and closing residential and commercial Solar PV system sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound inquiries and execute outbound outreach to convert leads.
- Evaluate client requirements, conduct site surveys, and present tailored Solar PV solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring end-to-end client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Age Limit: 21 – 32 years
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Experience: 1.5 – 3 years of proven sales experience in the Solar PV industry.
- Languages: Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Preference: Local candidates preferred.
