Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Talent Research Associate to support both our Recruitment and Business Development teams. This role involves sales research, lead generation, talent mapping and market research to help drive hiring and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Research target companies and build qualified sales lead databases.
- Identify key decision-makers and maintain accurate prospect information.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research for internal and client hiring mandates.
- Identify and source potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, and other research tools.
- Prepare market intelligence, company insights, and research reports.
- Maintain organized databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Recruitment and Business Development teams on ongoing projects.

What We're Looking For

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales Research, Talent Mapping, Lead Generation, or Market Research.




- Freshers with prior lead generation internship experience will also be considered.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
