Motion Designer – Performance Marketing

About the Role :
We’re looking for a creative Motion Designer who can turn ideas into engaging, high-performing video and motion creatives for digital marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do :

- Create motion graphics, video ads, GIFs and short-form videos for Meta, Google and other digital platforms.
- Develop UGC-style, product-focused and performance marketing creatives.
- Create variations for A/B testing with different hooks, messaging, transitions and CTAs.
- Use motion, typography, transitions and effects to improve engagement.
- Adapt creatives across different formats, sizes and platforms.
- Work with the marketing team to create conversion-focused creatives.
- Understand creative performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest motion, video and D2C creative trends.

Requirements :





- 1–2 years of experience in Motion Design / Video Editing.
- Robust understanding of motion graphics, video editing and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital advertising.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video ads, UGC or product videos.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple creative requirements.

Tools :
After Effects | Premiere Pro | Photoshop | Illustrator | Figma

Knowledge of AI/design/video tools is a plus.
