Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the team's day-to-day operations related to app adoption.
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and progress against assigned goals.
- Maintain and analyze operational data, trackers, and reports using spreadsheets.
- Ensure smooth team coordination and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and achievement of app adoption objectives.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
