Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Web Development Faculty who can independently conduct training sessions, create practical learning activities, mentor students, and help them build job-ready portfolios.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both digital marketing concepts and modern web development technologies, along with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

- Teach fundamentals and advanced concepts of Digital Marketing.
- Train students in:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads / PPC
- Meta Ads
- Content Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Keyword Research
- Local SEO
- Online Reputation Management
- Lead Generation
- Conversion Optimization
- Demonstrate how to create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Teach students how to analyze campaign performance and generate reports.
- Conduct practical assignments and live projects.
- Keep course content updated according to current industry trends and tools.

Web Development

- Teach students the fundamentals of website development.
- Train students in:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript
- Responsive Web Design
- Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
- Git & GitHub
- Basic UI/UX principles
- WordPress
- PHP / MySQL or modern web technologies
- Basic React.js or other modern frontend frameworks
- Guide students in developing responsive and functional websites.
- Conduct practical coding exercises and project-based learning.
- Help students build portfolio websites and real-world projects.
- Debug and explain common development issues to students.





Student Mentoring

- Mentor students throughout their training.
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and practical performance.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical examinations.
- Help students prepare portfolios and resumes.
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Web Development.
- Positive communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners.
- Strong practical/project-based approach to teaching.
- Familiarity with current digital marketing tools and web technologies.
- Ability to conduct classroom and hands-on training.
- Problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
- Candidates with industry experience in Digital Marketing, Web Development, or both are encouraged to apply.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is more than just a theoretical trainer. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate concepts through real projects and help students understand how these skills are actually used in the industry.

Candidates with experience managing real websites, SEO campaigns, paid advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, freelance projects, or web development projects will be preferred.
