Mohanlal Sons, established in 1881, is one of India’s established menswear brands, with a legacy of over 145 years. We are looking for passionate individuals who want hands-on experience in fashion retail, digital marketing, content production and brand building.

This is not a typical marketing internship. You will work on real campaigns, professional shoots, store launches, influencer collaborations and marketing operations while learning how a fashion retail and D2C brand functions.

Internship Details

● Total openings: 5

● Duration: 3 months

● Stipend: Up to ₹10,000 per month, depending on knowledge and skills.

● Location: Mohanlal Sons Head Office, Saket, New Delhi.

● Working days: Monday to Saturday.

● Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.

Who Should Apply?

Students, freshers and aspiring marketers who are curious, creative, proactive and serious about learning through practical experience. Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory.

1. SEO Intern — 1 Position

Key responsibilities:

● Keyword research and competitor analysis.

● On-page and off-page SEO.

● Website content optimisation and blog planning.

● Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation.

● Monitoring keyword rankings, organic traffic and SEO performance.

2. Content Strategy, Production & Marketing Operations Intern — 4 Positions

Key responsibilities:

● Planning content calendars and developing creative campaign ideas.





● Assisting in Reels, video production, photoshoots and behind-the-scenes content.

● Supporting brand campaigns, wedding campaigns and seasonal marketing.

● Coordinating influencer collaborations and creator-led content.

● Assisting with new store launches, events, in-store promotions and offline marketing.

● Supporting day-to-day marketing operations, research and campaign execution.

● Analysing content performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

What You Will Learn

● Content strategy, storytelling and social media marketing.

● SEO and digital marketing fundamentals.

● Skilled shoots, production planning and execution.

● Influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

● Fashion retail marketing, store launches and offline activations.

● Campaign analytics and real-world marketing operations.

You will gain practical experience by working on live projects and understanding how marketing connects with brand building, retail and business growth.
