Job Title: Team Leader - Telecalling / Outbound Sales (Target-Based)

Location: Anna Nagar / Tallakulam / Kalavasal, Madurai

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 Per Month + Attractive Incentives

Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, results-driven, and experienced Team Leader (TL) with a strong background in Telecalling and Target-based operations. The ideal candidate will manage, mentor, and drive a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Telecallers to meet and exceed their performance targets.
- Target Achievement: Ensure the team consistently achieves daily/monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor live calls, track daily metrics, evaluate agent performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Daily Reporting: Maintain and submit regular reports on team performance, attendance,



and conversion rates to management.
- Problem Solving & Training: Handle escalations, resolve queries, and train team members on effective pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a Telecalling / BPO / Outbound Sales setting (Target-based experience is a must).
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil (Knowledge of English is an added advantage).
- High-energy, target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
