Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Monitor budgets, leads, and campaign performance; optimise for better results.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
- Create ad creatives and copy using Canva and AI tools.
- Analyse lead quality and coordinate with Sales/Call Centre teams.
- Prepare performance reports and coordinate with agencies and vendors.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree preferred. However, demonstrable hands-on performance marketing experience and technical capability will be prioritised over a specific degree.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
