Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and makeup-certified skilled to provide on-the-job training to Beauty Advisors and retail store staff across retail stores and salon counters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily field visits to retail stores and salon counters to deliver practical product and sales training.
- Train Beauty Advisors on makeup products, application techniques, skincare, and customer consultation.
- Conduct live demonstrations to enhance product knowledge and application skills.
- Coach staff on customer engagement, upselling, cross-selling, and sales conversion techniques.
- Ensure adherence to brand grooming standards, customer service practices, and professional presentation.
- Provide regular mentoring and feedback to improve individual performance and overall team productivity.

Candidate Requirements:

- Makeup certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, skincare, and beauty consultations.
- Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Willingness to travel daily to retail stores

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
