I2GO Global is seeking a motivated and business-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to support our growth in international recruitment, training, and placement services. The candidate will be responsible for managing prospective leads, building client relationships, promoting company services, and contributing to business development and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective candidates and business partners.
- Promote and explain I2GO Global’s international recruitment, training, and placement services.
- Identify business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients and candidates.
- Understand customer requirements, qualify leads, and coordinate with the relevant departments.
- Follow up with interested prospects through calls, messages, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-up activities using CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate consultations, interviews, and meetings with the sales and recruitment teams.
- Monitor sales activities and work towards achieving assigned business development targets.




- Provide professional customer support throughout the enquiry and registration process.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in handling customer enquiries and promoting services.
- Ability to manage follow-ups, handle objections, and maintain qualified relationships.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- A proactive, organised, and target-oriented approach.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary of ₹18,000 – ₹20,000.
