Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall accounting, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial operations.

- Handle manufacturing costing, production costing, and cost analysis.

- Monitor raw material costs, production expenses, overheads, and inventory valuation.

- Prepare cost sheets, analyse cost variances, and identify opportunities for cost control.

- Manage budgeting, cash flow, bank reconciliation, and financial planning.

- Ensure GST, TDS, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit coordination.

- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, ledger management, and monthly closing.

- Coordinate with production, purchase, stores, and management teams for accurate costing and financial control.





- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.

- Mandatory experience in manufacturing and production-related costing.

- Candidates from the plywood manufacturing or building materials industry will be preferred.

- Robust knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, taxation, GST, and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and financial management skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
