Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage the company's social media presence, create engaging content, coordinate promotional activities, and support marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and visitor footfall.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, prepare, and schedule regular social media posts, stories, reels, and promotional content.
- Create engaging content related to park activities, rides, attractions, events, offers, festivals, and visitor experiences.
- Coordinate with the design and video editing teams to develop creatives, posters, reels, and promotional videos.
- Capture photos and videos of park activities, events, and special occasions for social media promotions.
- Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and enquiries, and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, school packages, group bookings, and special events.
- Track social media performance, including reach, engagement, followers, views, and enquiries.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports and suggest improvements based on results.
- Monitor social media trends, trending audio, hashtags, and competitor activities to improve content performance.
- Coordinate with influencers,



content creators, and other promotional partners whenever required.
- Ensure that all published content follows the company's brand guidelines and receives the necessary approvals.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and coordinate with the advertising team when required.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in social media management or content coordination is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
- Willingness to cover park events, weekends, and promotional activities when required.

- Creative, proactive, and updated with current social media trends.
- Able to plan and execute content consistently.
- Interested in entertainment, tourism, hospitality, and event promotions.
- Capable of turning park activities and visitor experiences into engaging digital content.
