Job Overview

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant with 1–2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Tally, GST, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records.
- Assist with GST-related documentation and return preparation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain petty cash records.
- Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.




- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding bills, payments, and accounts-related matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Working knowledge of Tally and GST.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
