We are looking for experienced Site Engineers to manage and supervise ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge, site execution skills and the ability to ensure quality construction within the specified timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.

* Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.

* Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings and specifications.

* Coordinate with contractors, workers, architects, and project managers.

* Inspect construction materials and maintain quality standards.

* Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

* Ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.

* Identify and resolve technical issues at the construction site.





* Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements.

* Ensure proper utilization of manpower and construction resources.

Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or real estate projects.

* Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

* Robust coordination and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and site management abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
