About the Role

Nova Layers is looking for a skilled and creative Videographer who can transform content ideas and scripts into visually engaging, high-quality videos.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of camera angles, framing, lighting, composition, and creative video shooting techniques.

Experience is not mandatory, but practical shooting skills and technical knowledge are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute video concepts and scripts provided by the Content Strategist.
- Shoot skilled Instagram Reels, brand videos, promotional content, and advertisements.
- Select suitable camera angles, shot compositions, and framing for each scene.
- Handle camera movements, lighting setups, and shooting equipment.
- Capture creative B-roll, product shots, and cinematic footage.
- Direct subjects and models during video shoots.
- Ensure proper focus, exposure, lighting, and video quality.
- Coordinate with the Content Strategist to deliver the intended creative vision.
- Organise and hand over high-quality footage to the editing team.
- Participate in indoor, outdoor, and client-location shoots.

- Strong knowledge of camera handling and videography.
- Understanding of camera angles, framing, and composition.
- Knowledge of lighting techniques and camera movements.
- Ability to execute scripts and storyboards accurately.
- Understanding of frame rates, shutter speed, ISO, and exposure.
- Creative visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to shoot high-quality social media content.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
