We are looking for a creative, hands-on Shopify UI/UX Designer & Developer who can take ownership of the design, functionality, and performance of our Shopify stores. The ideal candidate should have strong UI/UX design skills, practical experience with Figma, HTML, CSS, and Shopify Liquid, along with hands-on expertise in managing Shopify stores and integrating third-party applications.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, experiments with new ideas, and continuously improves the customer experience—from the storefront to checkout.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI/UX Design & Development

- Design and optimize Shopify pages, including home, collection, product, cart, and landing pages, for desktop and mobile devices using Figma.
- Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS and Shopify Liquid sections.
- Maintain a consistent design system and user experience across both brands.
- Ensure websites are visually appealing, user-friendly, responsive, and easy to navigate.

2. Shopify Store Management

- Manage the Shopify admin panel, including products, collections, themes, discounts, orders, inventory, and checkout workflows.
- Customize Shopify themes and implement design and functionality improvements.
- Ensure smooth storefront operations and resolve website-related issues.

3. Shopify App Integration & Management

- Install, configure, test, and integrate Shopify apps for payments, WhatsApp communication, reviews, upselling, shipping, and other business requirements.
- Work with applications and integrations such as Interakt, Razorpay, and other relevant Shopify apps.
- Identify and troubleshoot app conflicts, checkout issues, slow page loading, and integration errors.
- Coordinate with app support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Evaluate the impact of apps on website performance, user experience, and operating costs.

4. Website Performance & Conversion Optimization

- Conduct A/B tests and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.




- Analyze website metrics such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and cart abandonment to identify improvement opportunities.
- Optimize website speed, usability, and the overall shopping experience.
- Apply best practices for responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and Shopify website development.
- Strong portfolio showcasing live Shopify or e-commerce websites.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Positive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Practical experience with Shopify themes, Liquid, and Shopify admin/backend management.
- Experience installing, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting Shopify apps.
- Understanding of responsive design, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and website speed optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C e-commerce brands.
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus and checkout customization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
- Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
