Job Title: Telecaller cum Receptionist – Aesthetic Clinic
Location: Kazhakoottam, Trivandrum

We are looking for a Telecaller cum Receptionist to handle daily enquiries, follow up with potential clients, convert enquiries into bookings, and manage front-desk activities at our aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and daily enquiries.
- Explain clinic services clearly and arrange consultations.
- Follow up with interested clients and convert enquiries into appointments and customers.
- Welcome patients and assist with registration and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain accurate enquiry, follow-up, and appointment records.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient service.

Skills Required

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A friendly, skilled approach over the phone and in person.
- Basic computer knowledge and confidence using WhatsApp.
- Ability to manage follow-ups and front-desk responsibilities efficiently.
