Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Store Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our Baskin-Robbins franchise store. The Store Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling billing and cash transactions, maintaining product quality and store hygiene, store clean, preparing and serving ice cream products as per brand standards, and supporting overall store sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service

- Greet customers warmly and provide courteous and efficient service.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting products.
- Explain available flavours, toppings, sundaes, cakes, beverages, and other products.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

2. Sales & Billing

- Operate the POS/billing system accurately.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
- Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
- Promote products, combos, add-ons, and ongoing offers to increase sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Ensure correct pricing and billing of all products.

3. Product Preparation & Serving

- Prepare and serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, cones, cups, and other products according to prescribed standards.
- Follow standard portion sizes and presentation guidelines.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ice cream and other food products.
- Check product freshness, quality, and availability regularly.
- Minimize product wastage and report any quality issues immediately.

4. Store Hygiene & Cleanliness

- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, dining area, kitchen/preparation area, equipment, and storage areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Ensure utensils, equipment, refrigerators/freezers,



and workstations are clean and properly maintained.
- Follow proper personal hygiene standards, including clean uniform and grooming.

5. Inventory & Stock Management

- Assist with receiving and checking incoming stock.
- Maintain proper stock levels of ice cream, toppings, packaging materials, and other supplies.
- Monitor expiry dates and product condition.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO stock rotation practices as applicable.
- Report low stock, damaged products, or discrepancies to the Store Manager.

6. Store Operations

- Open and close the store as per assigned shift procedures.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues.
- Follow company/franchise SOPs and operational guidelines.
- Assist with daily sales reports, stock reports, and other store records.
- Support promotional activities and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in retail, QSR, food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and digital payments.
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.

Working Conditions

- Work will primarily be inside an air-conditioned retail/food-service environment.
- The role may require standing for extended periods.
- Flexible working hours and rotational shifts may be required.
- Weekend and holiday availability is expected, depending on store requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
