We are looking for a results-driven Sales Center Manager with 2+ years of experience in Beauty Industry.
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with leads
- Generate walk-ins through effective lead conversion
- Convert walk-ins into enrollments
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain strong follow-ups and conversion rates
- Take ownership of center sales performance
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and result-driven
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
