Milroc Good Earth developers is seeking out for Legal Officer.

We are looking for a competent legal officer to provide comprehensive legal support, ensure statutory compliance, and oversee the organization’s legal affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting of MOUs, agreements, contracts, regular contractual correspondence and other legal documents in regulatory matters.
- Assisting senior company lawyers with court matters and other legal task.
- Represent the Organisation before judicial/ quasi-judicial forums, when required.
- Coordinate and Liaise with external advocates appointed by Company.
- Any other Legal work as instructed by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Advantages:
