Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our Business Development Manager (BDM) in lead management, telecalling, follow-ups, and sales coordination.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM software, coordinating with the BDM, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective leads and explain the company's services.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email as required.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and interest.
- Update lead details, call status, follow-up dates, and remarks in the CRM software.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and daily sales activities.
- Coordinate with the Business Development Manager (BDM) and report lead progress regularly.
- Schedule meetings and arrange follow-ups for the BDM with interested prospects.
- Ensure no assigned lead is missed and follow-ups are completed on time.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls made,



leads contacted, follow-ups, and qualified leads.
- Support the sales team in achieving lead conversion and business development targets.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and clients.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment calling, sales, or customer coordination preferred.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple follow-ups.
- Target-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling regular follow-ups.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
