Bhooshan’s Junior is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to build brand partnerships, secure sponsorships, and develop revenue opportunities through events, licensing, and character-led experiences.

The role will focus initially on Adventures of Louie & Douie, identifying business opportunities with brands, malls, schools, retailers, hospitality groups, and event organisers across regional and national markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop brand partnerships, sponsorships, and licensing opportunities.
- Identify and secure event bookings, venue partnerships, and character-led experiences.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to negotiations and deal closure.
- Build and maintain a qualified business development pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver partnerships and grow long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

- 4–7 years of experience in business development, sales, brand partnerships, sponsorships,



or event management.
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in children’s entertainment, licensing, or family events is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
