Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architect with a strong background in the engineering and construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design activities while actively contributing to design development, preparing and reviewing drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring project requirements are met. This is a hands-on role that requires both technical execution and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively participate in architectural design, planning, and development for building and construction projects.
- Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop architectural concepts and translate them into practical, construction-ready designs.
- Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, BIM, and other engineering teams to ensure design integration.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct design reviews, identify clashes or discrepancies, and resolve technical issues in coordination with project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor design deliverables, project schedules, and quality standards to ensure timely completion.




- Guide junior architects and draftsmen while remaining actively involved in day-to-day technical work.
- Support site teams by clarifying drawings, resolving design-related queries, and incorporating site feedback.
- Identify opportunities to improve design quality, constructability, functionality, and cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 8–12+ years of relevant experience in architectural design within the engineering, construction, building, or infrastructure industry.
- Strong hands-on experience in architectural design development and preparation of detailed construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant architectural design tools; knowledge of Revit/BIM is preferred.
- Positive understanding of construction methods, materials, building regulations, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience in handling multiple projects, reviewing technical deliverables, and coordinating with clients and consultants.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.

A technically strong architect who can independently handle architectural design and drawing deliverables, coordinate with engineering teams, resolve construction-related challenges, and lead team members while remaining hands-on with project execution.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
