Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and approachable Client Relationship Executive who can manage existing client relationships and approach new clients to generate business opportunities. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills, strong convincing power, and the ability to build professional relationships, pitch company services, and convert potential clients into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Approach new potential clients through calls, emails, networking, and other business channels.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with clients in English.
- Present and explain company products and services to prospective clients.
- Convince and persuade potential clients to use company services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain client databases, lead records, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and client acquisition targets.
- Adapt to flexible working shifts according to company requirements.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory,



both verbal and written.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales, business development, client relations, or customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to confidently approach new clients and initiate conversations.
- Friendly, approachable, proactive, and professional personality.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into clients.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as required by the company.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required.
