Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review complex federal and state income tax returns for partnerships (Form 1065) and corporations (Form 1120) across various industries.
- Analyze financial statements, general ledgers, and other accounting records to ensure proper tax treatment of transactions.
- Conduct thorough tax research on complex tax issues and provide transparent, concise recommendations to clients or management.




- Assist in tax planning strategies for partnerships and corporations to minimize tax liabilities and maximize financial efficiency.
- Respond to inquiries from tax authorities and assist with tax audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring continuous compliance and advising on potential impacts.
- Utilize various tax preparation software and accounting systems efficiently to streamline the tax preparation process.
- Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to gather necessary financial information and clarify tax-related queries.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members on tax preparation techniques and compliance matters.
