## About the Role

Clado Solutions is looking for an experienced Freelance Soft Skills Trainer and Interview Preparation Expert to help students and job seekers improve their communication skills, skilled confidence, and interview performance.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in conducting practical training sessions, preparing candidates for technical and HR interviews, and helping students become job-ready.

## Key Responsibilities

- Conduct soft skills and personality development training sessions.

- Train students in spoken English, professional communication, and workplace etiquette.

- Prepare candidates for HR interviews, technical interviews, and mock interviews.

- Conduct mock interviews and provide individual feedback with improvement plans.

- Help candidates overcome interview fear, nervousness, hesitation, and lack of confidence.

- Train students in self-introduction, resume presentation, and answering common interview questions.

- Conduct group discussions, role-plays, and real-time interview simulations.

- Improve students’ body language, presentation skills, and professional grooming.

- Train candidates in email writing, telephone etiquette, and workplace communication.

- Coordinate with the technical training team to prepare students for job opportunities.

- Track student progress and share feedback and reports with the institute.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum *5+ years of experience* in soft skills training, corporate training,



or interview preparation.

- Proven experience training freshers, students, or job seekers.

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

- Strong knowledge of HR interview patterns and recruitment expectations.

- Ability to train candidates with limited English proficiency.

- Experience handling nervous candidates and building their confidence.

- Strong mentoring, assessment, and feedback skills.

- Ability to deliver engaging, practical, and result-oriented sessions.

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with IT training institutes, placement agencies, or corporate training organizations.

- Familiarity with technical job roles such as Linux Engineer, Cloud Engineer, AWS Engineer, and DevOps Engineer or Software domain is an added advantage.

- Experience preparing candidates for IT-sector interviews.

- A structured training methodology with measurable student improvement.
