- Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and other sources.

- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and buying potential.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and customer information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and messages to nurture potential leads.
