Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee supply planning, inventory management, stock control, and dispatch coordination. The role involves close coordination with customers, casting and machining shops, and internal teams to ensure timely supplies, optimal inventory levels, and smooth day-to-day operations. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate MIS reports and providing regular operational updates to the MD.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding supply schedules, order status, delivery commitments, and dispatches.
- Monitor daily supply and dispatch activities to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and material availability across casting and machining operations.
- Coordinate with casting and machining shops to maintain adequate stock and ensure production and supply continuity.
- Conduct daily review meetings on supplies, dispatches, pending orders, and material availability.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly MIS reports covering inventory, supplies, dispatches, pending orders, and delivery status.
- Identify supply gaps, stock shortages, and potential delivery delays, and take timely corrective action.




- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve supply-related issues.
- Provide daily operational updates and weekly performance reports to the Managing Director.
- Monitor delivery commitments and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure adherence to customer requirements.
- Improve supply chain processes to enhance inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in supply chain, inventory management, dispatch coordination, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in casting and machining.
- Good understanding of inventory control, stock reconciliation, supply planning, and dispatch management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting; experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage daily operational priorities and coordinate effectively with customers, shop-floor teams, and senior management.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
