About the Role
Head Field Solutions is hiring Business Development Associates / Executives to join our Noida team. You will work with international clients during the EST shift, build client relationships and support our business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Run intro calls and connect with prospective clients
- Research markets and track competitors
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Work with the legal and operations teams to negotiate contracts
Requirements
- 0 to 4 years of experience in business development, sales or a client-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working the EST shift from the Noida office
- Interest in building a career in B2B business development
