The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the property/hostel, ensuring a safe, well-maintained, and student-friendly environment. The role involves managing daily operations, staff, vendors, facilities, compliance, and student concerns while maintaining Aaalay's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property/hostel.
- Ensure student satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage hostel staff, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely services.
- Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and maintain property facilities and infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
- Ensure proper inventory management of supplies and assets.
- Implement and follow Aaalay policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Certification/training in Facility Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in property management, hostel management, hospitality, facility management, or a related role.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with property management software is preferred.
- Robust vendor and facility coordination skills.
