Job Overview

Source Trace Consultant is hiring experienced NICU Nurses for a reputed healthcare facility in Bangalore. Candidates should have strong neonatal care skills and experience handling newborns in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

Key Responsibilities

- Provide specialized nursing care to newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.
- Monitor vital signs and assess the clinical condition of neonates.
- Operate and monitor NICU equipment, including incubators, ventilators, and infusion pumps.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during procedures and neonatal emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow infection-control protocols.




- Educate and support parents regarding newborn care.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Relevant hands-on experience in a NICU is required.
- Knowledge of neonatal monitoring and critical care procedures.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
