About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing & BOQ professional to join our production team. You will prepare project cost estimates and product-level costing for furniture and interior projects, working closely with engineers, architects, sales teams, and contractors. You will report directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare cost estimates for projects and individual furniture products
- Identify and quantify costs including production time, materials, and labour
- Analyse blueprints and drawings to prepare time, cost, material, and labour estimates
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, clients,



contractors, and sales teams to finalise estimates
- Review, calculate, and adjust estimates as requirements change

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a cost estimator / BOQ executive
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Advanced MS Excel (cost sheets, formulas, analysis) and AutoCAD
- Solid knowledge of construction and engineering processes
- Strong calculation, mathematical, and analytical skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
