Kairali Human Development Society (KHDS) is a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) working towards social welfare, economic development, education, healthcare, livelihood promotion and community empowerment.

We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our Membership Development Campaign and help expand our community network across Thrissur,Palakkad and Ernakulam district.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote KHDS membership among individuals, families and local communities.
- Identify and approach potential members in assigned areas.
- Explain KHDS membership benefits, registration procedures and applicable conditions accurately.




- Assist interested individuals in completing membership application forms and submitting the required documents.
- Maintain accurate records of membership applications, payments and follow-ups.
- Submit regular activity reports to the designated supervisor.
- Build positive relationships with community members and support the organization's membership development goals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum educational qualification: SSLC or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to interact with people and undertake field visits within the assigned area.
- Experience not compulsory
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Work Arrangement

The role involves field visits and membership promotion, along with phone-based follow-ups and record-keeping. The exact working hours, assigned areas and reporting arrangements will be explained during the interview.

Compensation

- Basic salary: ₹12,500 per month, subject to the agreed employment terms.
- Additional performance-based incentives according to eligible membership registrations and the applicable incentive policy.
