Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer who can train, mentor, and guide students in developing skilled communication, interpersonal skills, and workplace readiness. The ideal candidate should have strong teaching abilities and experience conducting training sessions for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct soft skills training sessions for students to improve communication and interpersonal skills.
- Train students in spoken English, professional communication, presentation skills, and public speaking.
- Guide students in group discussions, interview preparation, resume building, and mock interviews.
- Develop and deliver engaging training materials, activities, and practical exercises.
- Help students build confidence, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for placements, corporate interviews, and professional environments.





Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant certification in training, communication, or soft skills will be an added advantage.

Required Experience & Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in soft skills training, teaching, or student mentoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong command of English and Hindi.
- Experience training college students or placement-oriented batches is preferred.
- Good classroom management, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to engage students through interactive and practical learning methods.

Candidate Requirements

- Candidates currently based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, only.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at the earliest.
- Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and improving students' employability skills.
