Job Title: Architect – Real Estate

Salary: ₹20,000–₹45,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a qualified Architect to support real estate development projects through architectural planning, design development, drawing preparation, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts and design layouts.
- Prepare architectural drawings and detailed plans.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, interior designers, and project consultants.
- Review site conditions and project requirements.
- Prepare drawings for residential and commercial developments.
- Support design development based on client and project requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant consultants during project execution.
- Ensure drawings follow applicable building regulations and project specifications.




- Assist with design revisions and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress and design implementation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) required.
- Registration with the Council of Architecture, where required for the role.
- 3–6 years of experience in architecture or real estate projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural design software.
- Knowledge of building planning, design documentation, and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with applicable building regulations and approval processes.
- Strong design, coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
