- Lead and manage a team of 3 recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments and locations.
- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Monitor daily recruitment activities and team performance.
- Coordinate with Cluster HR Managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per hiring targets.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, daily reports, and hiring trackers.
- Build candidate pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
