Job Summary

George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. – Maruti Suzuki is looking for a proactive and target-oriented Marketing Executive for our Thodupuzha branch. The role primarily involves field marketing, customer interaction, lead generation, and promoting vehicle servicing and maintenance services.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, identifying potential customers, generating service leads, and coordinating with the dealership team to convert leads into service appointments.

A valid four-wheeler driving licence is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits in and around Thodupuzha to generate leads for vehicle servicing and maintenance.
- Identify and approach potential customers through field marketing and local outreach activities.
- Promote dealership service facilities, service packages, seasonal offers, and service campaigns.
- Generate leads for periodic maintenance, vehicle repairs, and other automobile service requirements.
- Visit residential areas, offices, commercial establishments, and other potential customer locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and personal visits to convert leads into service appointments.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team regarding customer requirements and appointments.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls and post-service follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads generated,



follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Identify local marketing opportunities to increase service business.
- Prepare regular reports on field activities, lead status, and target achievement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Any degree or diploma preferred.
- Experience in field marketing, lead generation, sales, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field can apply.
- A valid four-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Positive knowledge of Thodupuzha and nearby areas.
- Willingness to travel regularly for fieldwork.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up and persuasion abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
