About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and communication-oriented Pre-Sales Associate to connect with clients, understand their property requirements, and identify suitable property matches. The candidate will coordinate with clients and forward qualified profiles to the respective Residential or Commercial team for further assistance.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Call clients and understand their property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Gather information from buyers, sellers, tenants, and property owners.
- Identify suitable property matches based on client requirements.
- Collect and update client details accurately in the company system.
- Forward qualified client profiles to the respective Residential or Commercial team.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and update their requirements.
- Ensure proper communication and timely sharing of client information.

Skills and Requirements

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, confident, and willing to learn.
- Ability to understand client needs and gather accurate information.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of Kannada is an advantage.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
