The position is remote but have to be on screen available for chat with our team in usa .

Role Description

This is a full time remote role for a skilled Customer Service Representative for the jewelry industry. The successful candidate will be interacting with potential and existing customers over the phone, email, WhatsApp. This full-time remote work role requires excellent and prompt communication skill, managing with daily customer inquiries, updates, confirming orders and aid in any necessary follow-up actions to ensure highest level of customer service. The representative will also be expected to maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Should be user friendly on WhatsApp Messages )
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with customers
- Experience in customer service or retail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems quickly
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English, additional language proficiency preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer-based programs
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Mon - Saturday
10.00 am to 7.00 Pm ( USA Time )

Pay Sale

Rs 25000 to start + Commission
