Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to oversee residential interior projects, ensure quality workmanship, coordinate site activities, and complete projects within the scheduled timeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day residential interior site activities.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other site workers.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor material delivery, usage, and site requirements....
- Maintain quality standards and ensure timely project completion.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, vendors, and clients.
- Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and work progress.




- Provide regular progress updates to the management team.

Requirements

- Experience in residential interior execution and site supervision.
- Knowledge of modular furniture installation, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage site workers and meet project deadlines.
