- Client Experience & Relations:
- Sets and enforces high standards for customer service and salon atmosphere.
- Greets guests, manages appointments, and handles client feedback or complaints gracefully.
- Oversees client retention strategies, loyalty programs, and personalized service records.
- Inventory & Facility Control:
- Monitors stock levels for back-bar products, retail shelves, and salon supplies.
- Places reorders with vendors and negotiates costs to prevent shortages or excess waste.
- Ensures the physical facility meets all local health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Financial & Business Operations:




- Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) like average ticket size, rebooking rates, and retail sales.
- Manages budgets, processes payments, handles payroll data, and reviews financial reports.
- Plans marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and local cross-promotions to attract new clients.
