We are looking for a qualified and experienced Structural Engineer with solid technical knowledge and structural design software skills to join our construction team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare structural designs and drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures.
- Prepare structural layouts, foundation drawings, column layouts, beam details, slab reinforcement drawings, and structural sections.
- Develop structural models and perform analysis using STAAD.Pro, ETABS, and SAFE.
- Design foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and other structural elements as per applicable IS codes.
- Review architectural drawings and coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers.
- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and technical documentation.
- Verify structural drawings and ensure compliance with approved designs and safety standards.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors regarding structural execution.
- Conduct site inspections to verify reinforcement details and structural work quality.
- Review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement requirements.




- Provide technical solutions for structural design and site-related issues.
- Review and revise structural drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve structural design issues.
- Ensure timely completion of structural drawings and design submissions.

Required Software Skills

- STAAD.Pro – Structural analysis and design
- ETABS – RCC building analysis and design
- SAFE – Foundation and slab design
- AutoCAD – Structural drafting and detailing
- Revit Structure – BIM modelling and structural documentation
- MS Excel – Structural calculations and reports

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.E./M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred
- Experience: 2–5 years in structural design preferred
- Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structural design
- Knowledge of Indian Standard (IS) codes
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Good analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team coordination skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
