VK Dental and Facial Aesthetics Clinic is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and dynamic Specialist Dentist to independently manage and completely handle our clinic operations. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical expertise, specifically in dental implants and comprehensive aesthetics, alongside exceptional leadership and clinic management skills.If you are a clinical expert ready to take full ownership of a modern practice and drive its growth, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Excellence: Diagnose, plan, and execute advanced dental procedures including Dental Implants, Root Canal Treatments (RCT), Smile Designing, and general/aesthetic dentistry.
- Complete Clinic Management: Handle daily clinic operations independently, including patient workflow, team coordination, and maintaining high sterilization and safety standards.
- Patient Relations: Build robust patient rapport, deliver excellent treatment consultation, and ensure high patient satisfaction and retention.
- Practice Growth: Drive clinical efficiency and actively contribute to the growth and reputation of the clinic.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:



MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) preferred in Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, or Orthodontics.
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience in implantology, advanced RCTs, cosmetic smile designing, and full-mouth rehabilitation.
- Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage a clinic completely, supervise staff, and handle inventory/administration.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, strong leadership qualities, and an empathetic approach to patient care.
