Job Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Tamil.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Explain products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the company system.
- Achieve call quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills, if required.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Patience, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: 10th, 12th, or any degree, depending on company requirements.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
