Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Sales & Client Acquisition

We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing to generate new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings, local business networking, and direct engagement with business owners and decision-makers.

This role focuses on identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting suitable digital marketing solutions, building professional relationships, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should be confident meeting clients in person, discussing business requirements, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closure.

Candidates should have a good understanding of services such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development and be able to explain how these services can help businesses improve their online presence and generate growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients, local businesses, business owners, and decision-makers to generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and build relationships with prospective clients through local networking and direct outreach.
- Understand client business goals, marketing challenges, and digital marketing requirements.
- Present relevant digital marketing services and explain their advantages based on client needs.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads to develop a consistent pipeline of business opportunities.
- Discuss service packages, pricing, proposals, and commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects, address objections, and negotiate to move opportunities toward closure.
- Manage the sales process from initial prospecting and client qualification through proposal presentation and final conversion.
- Build long-term client relationships that support repeat business and referrals.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, sales opportunities, and conversions in the CRM.
- Work toward defined sales targets and take ownership of business development performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support a smooth handover after a successful sale.

Candidates applying as experienced professionals must have at least 6 months of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience.

Relevant professional sales experience must include selling at least one of the following services:

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Google Ads / PPC Advertising
- Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Advertising)
- Social Media Management
- Website Design & Development

Important: Internship experience will not count toward the minimum 6 months of required professional experience.

- Confidence in approaching business owners and building professional relationships.
- A willingness to learn the sales process, conduct client meetings,



and work toward defined sales targets.

Experienced Candidates

Candidates with 6 months or more of professional Digital Marketing Sales experience can apply if they have:

- Professional sales experience in at least one of the five digital marketing service areas listed above.
- Strong working knowledge of all five services: SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design & Development.
- A explicit understanding of how digital marketing services are positioned and sold to businesses across different industries.
- The ability to independently manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Experience conducting client meetings, presenting proposals, and discussing pricing and service packages.
- A demonstrated ability to work toward and achieve defined sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, follow-up, and sales-closing skills.
- The ability to take ownership of leads, conversions, and overall sales performance.
- The ability to present previous sales performance using measurable figures, such as targets achieved, deals closed, conversion rates, or revenue generated.
