About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and approachable freshers to join our team as Trainee Career Counsellors. If you enjoy interacting with people, helping students make informed career decisions, and learning about international education, this opportunity is for you!

As a Career Counsellor, you will guide students who aspire to pursue higher education abroad. You will learn to understand their academic backgrounds, interests, and career goals and help them explore suitable countries, courses, and universities, particularly in the UK, Europe, and Australia.

No prior experience is required. We will provide the necessary training and guidance to help you build your knowledge and develop your career in the global education industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with students and understand their academic backgrounds, interests, and career aspirations.
- Guide students in exploring study opportunities in the UK, Europe, and Australia.
- Assist students in shortlisting suitable universities and courses based on their profiles and preferences.
- Provide basic guidance on entrance exams and English proficiency tests such as IELTS, GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, and SAT.
- Learn and assist with university applications, documentation, admission requirements, and visa processes under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Follow up with students regarding application updates, important deadlines, and pending documents.
- Handle student inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, and online counselling sessions.
- Maintain student records, update CRM systems, and manage follow-ups efficiently.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Stay updated on international education trends, university requirements, and study abroad opportunities.

Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For

- Recent graduates from any relevant academic background who are eager to build a career in counselling or international education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and empathetic personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an interest in interacting with students.
- A willingness to learn about international admissions, university applications, and visa procedures.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up abilities.
- A proactive attitude, positive mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, or CRM tools is an advantage.
