About Us

Sarva Sudarsanaa Academy Pvt Ltd is a professional training institute offering industry-oriented courses in CAD, CAM, CAE, BIM, IT, and GATE Coaching. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, and target-driven Business Development Executives to generate leads, develop client relationships, drive sales, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate leads and increase revenue.
- Promote the academy's professional training courses, including CAD, CAM, CAE, BIM, IT, and GATE Coaching.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training courses.
- Convert enquiries and prospective leads into successful sales and enrolments.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, customer enquiries, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, students, and corporate customers.
- Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career opportunities effectively.
- Negotiate with prospective customers and handle objections to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with marketing, academic, and management teams to improve business performance.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, seminars, and other marketing activities.

Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Tamil.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience: Freshers are welcome; candidates with 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Educational Sales, or related fields are preferred.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates interested in sales, client acquisition, and business development.
- Candidates with experience in educational institutions, training institutes, EdTech companies, or professional training academies.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
