About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support client communication, team coordination, project tracking, and timely delivery. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with clients for requirements, feedback, updates, and approvals.
* Communicate requirements clearly with internal teams.
* Assign and follow up on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
* Track project progress and maintain task/status updates.
* Follow up for pending content, access, feedback, and approvals.
* Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO teams, and other departments.
* Assist with testing, quality checks, documentation, and project reporting.
* Identify delays or blockers and report them to the Project Manager.

Requirements:





* Good written and verbal communication.
* Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
* Good organizational and time-management skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Basic understanding of websites and digital projects.
* Comfortable using Google Sheets/Docs and similar tools.
* Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 0–6 months of experience or internship in project coordination, client support, e-commerce, or a related field.
* Basic knowledge of project management and website testing.
*Proactive, organized, quick learner, client-friendly, responsible, and a valuable team player.
